ADTR - "BAD VIBRATIONS" X MCHC - All design / Layout / Illustrations and Concepts for latest Album
I created all the artwork and design and concepts for the latest A DAY TO REMEMBER record " BAD VIBRATIONS". The Album debuted at #2 on the US Billboard 200, and #1 in Australia. There are multiple formats, including various gatefold vinyl versions, a standard, a Deluxe vinyl and a cd Deluxe CDwith varying accessories depending on retailer.
Above is the original hand drawn, sketch for the cover. To the right, is the finalized album cover flat. The Deluxe physical copies are made up of varying layered pieces arranged together to create one cover image packed with hidden secrets throughout.
Above is the original sketch of the inner panel art. The right panel shows the final deluxe version and you can see the various layers of hidden "Blacklight" UV ink throughout the artwork telling an alternate story and providing an even deeper visual interpretation of the album's music.
